Even tanning, faint foxing. The anonymous writer of this ephemeral piece accuses Dr. Manuel Bueno of holding too much power and too many titles in Popayan, and wielding both capriciously. Here he is specifically charged with expelling a student, Francisco Ibarra from the "colejio" of which Bueno was the rector for a political argument with the student's father. Not in OCLC.
