"Exhibit C" rubberstamped in lower right area of front cover; significance unknown. Anti-Communist tract, arguing that WWII is part of a Bolshevik plot. While indicting "Criminal Jews," defends the rights of non-Communist Jews. Immediately goes on to claim Jewish leadership and control of the Russian Revolution.
