Hardcover. vii, 29p., a number of plates both in color and in b&w, printed on glazed inserted stock, text elegant on matte alkaline paper, hardbound in papered green boards gilt and enclosed in the dust jacket. In general, a nice flat sound copy, bumped somewhat at upper corner-tips affecting textpaper slightly, while the dj is worn, soiled, chipped at head and tail with verso tape-strengthening.
