Addressed to the military storekeeper at the U.S. arsenal on Schuylkill, Pennsylvania, the document transmits clothing receipts. Sir Enclosed herewith, I have the honor to transmit Duplicate Receipts for Clothing, this day received of you, for issue to F Comp. Third Infantry, and agreeing in quantity with your Invoice dated 27th May 1840. In fine condition with minor wrinkling.
