Inscribed by Scottish layer and Liberal politician Eugene Wason (1846 - 1927) to British businessman and politician Sir Archibald Williamson, 1st Baronet (1860 - 1931).Rose Garden (1856 - 1929) was a British-Irish watercolorist, renowned for her children portraiture and images of the townscape of both Iralnd and Britain.
