Bound in green decorated cloth with titles in gilt on spine and author's initials on front board. Top edge gilt. Three illustrations including frontis and color fold-out map in rear. Square, tight and very clean throughout with little or no toning or foxing. Fairly minor wear to spine ends and tips. It appears the front end-paper was excised. Not perfect but a solid collectable copy of a quite uncommon edition and at a great price.
