Subscription for raising money to put into good repair the college building or academy building so called Washington (OH) that will be the new Reformed Medical Institute of the United States, that shall go into operation before the first day of Jan. 1831. 6pp, legal size paper. Some tears on folds and soiling. People pledge money, labor and materials. Labor includes joinery work and painting. Supplies include lumber, shingles and lime for the mason.
