One page legal document in which William Baynard on behalf of his firm appoint Henry Kuhl as their attorney

What we find interesting is that Baynard was a good friend of Hamilton. In fact, after the fatal duel, Hamilton was taken to Baynard's house where he died. The notary Bogert was appointed by Hamilton and Kuhl served under Hamilton in the Comptrollers office. This high powered firm also corresponded with Jefferson.
