Blinn" as in Richmond #96, but "Mother Ann Lee" is in larger type and a different typeface (Richmond 97), but there is no "Mer Co." between "Canterbury" and "N.H." following the Prefatory as in Richmond #97. Our copy measures 20 cm. which matches neither #96 or #97.
