Newspaper. 20p., folded tabloid newspaper, illustrated with b&w photos, local ads, articles, news, columns; evenly toned, lightly edgeworn, address label and small tear on front wrap, else very good condition. Cover story is on the People's Athletic Committee, which demanded free admission to the annual football game between Cal and Stanford, along with an end to drug abuse in sports, elimination of brutality and needless injury, and other demands. When their demands were not met, a member of the liberation front ran on the field with a Viet Cong flag during the game and was quickly removed.
