Housed in matching blue cloth slipcase. From a limited edition of 1000 copies signed by President George H.W. Bush, this being number 452. Includes a letter from the desk of George Bush in Kennebunkport, Maine referencing the book: "Dear Pandel, Thank you so much for letting me tuck in with you there in your lovely home. Everything was perfect. Here is a tiny thank you present that cannot possibly repay you for your kindness. May your life be filled with birdies. All the best, George Bush. See p. 605 for the letter I wrote Tiger." Includes a copy of Savic's memoir. President George H.W. Bush was a frequent guest at the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio. He attended the golf tournament in May 2000 when Tournament founder Jack Nicklaus was honored. While in Ohio, Bush stayed with Tournament Chairman Pandel Savic. The two days Bush spent with Savic are recounted in the book, A Wonderful Run at Life: The Stories of Pandel Savic (2016). While the visit was short, the two shared stories of their time during World War II and the young career of Tiger Woods. Pandel Savic died in 2018.
