The book's publishers were the manufacturers of the American Twin Freezer and ice cream maker, and the recipes are for ice creams and ices. Includes descriptions – with illustrations – of a variety of kitchen tools and machines sold by North Brothers, includes Ice Chippers, Ice Shavers, Fluting Machines, and the Crown Christmas Tree Holder. Small stain to edge of wrappers. Oxidation to staples. Wrapper printed in dark red and gray. Near fine.
