Reinhold was best known as the publisher of Maledicta, a scholarly journal of offensive language. He was jailed for 27 months for sending death threats to his ex-wife, and on release produced this small glossary of prison slang, with the conceit that Hillary Clinton, who was at the time experiencing some legal difficulties, would need it.
