Boards a bit warped and lightly worn along edges, with a split and adjacent fraying along bottom edge of rear joint; cloth scuffed and spotted some some surface dampstaining; spine cocked, smudged, and waterspotted. Front free endpaper torn and retaining only a 1" strip along hinge. Toning to endpapers and heavily to title page. Opens flatly between a few gatherings with gaps starting to show at some, but binding is sound. Pages a bit toned with occasional marginal toning, but unmarked.

Very scarce with no copies in retail and only one copy found in auction records.
