Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no wear. Perhaps a touch of softness to the heel but quite minor. No foxing but a strip of off-setting to the half-title and second rear end-paper. Remarkably well-preserved. Equally attractive unclipped, though unpriced, dust-jacket, (7/6s. net on spine panel), has trivial edge-wear and a 1cm closed tear at the top edge. Lightly toned spine panel. Fresh and bright with no chipping or creases. A beautiful collectable copy of a scarce title in any condition; this copy is gorgeous. (Hubin, p.397).
