Text block is rather clean, some old worming, Very light evidence of old water-stain top fore-edge of first 20pp. Title-page translated roughly into English reads as follows: "Criminal practice, canonical and regular. Regarding the manner and form which all prelates and visitors of all religions are bound to observe: in making their visits, and punishing the offenses of their subjects, from the same refutations; making even processes in serious matters; according to what is Salamantician Convention, the author of the same, with the utmost brevity, diligence, and resolution, compiled and collected into one. In fact, it is permissible to find out in practce, very selectively and accumulated: not only the manner and form and method to be observed precisely, in making visits, forming processes, punishing offenses in all religions, according to the disposition of the common law: but also according to the regular statutes of each religion, and special privileges: according to the resolution of the ancient Doctors, as well as of the more recent ones; with the formal documents, petitions, and sentences, and all matters pertaining thereof, and necessary to observe the order of the courts" . 134pp. + 2pp index.
