Housed in custom clamshell case, with leather lettering piece to spine. A pleasing association copy of a scarce work.. First Edition. Duodecimo. First book of poetry from Niedecker, which grew out of her work for the WPA Federal Writers' Project. This association copy INSCRIBED by Niedecker to Edwin Honig in 1950; the two poets having worked together in the the Madison chapter of the Writers' Project.
