Culbreth of Salt Lake City, on behalf of the Utah-Wyoming Oil Company. Illustrated with black and white views and a map. Not much came of this particular venture.

Nature has put the oil sands where man can 'help himself' to as many billion tons of them as will satisfy his needs; and by the use of simply designed mechanical devices, he can extract as many millions of barrels of oil as can be consumed for hundreds of years to come." - p.6.
