Untitled German Shape Book

Germany: n.p., 1920. Very good plus.. Delightful early 20th-century German shape book following a little artist with a pet crow. Though this curious shape book doesn't have a title, its charm is undeniable - young Maler (artist) Kleks meets friends and wanders the forest with his pet crow in tow, painting pictures. Very sweet. 15'' x 6''. Original die-cut pictorial wrappers. Illustrated in color and black and white. [8] pages. Some black-and-white illustrations lightly colored in, likely by a young owner. Wrapper with light edgewear, neat glue repair along spine; one tiny infill to corner. Leaves with scattered faint foxing. Firm.
