One photograph shows Ali in training; he practices jumping rope. Photo verso is stamped 1971. Another photograph shows Ali in a suit and tie as he addresses the press; he looks his usual self-assured self as the paparazzi photographs and films him. This picture is from 1967. The third photograph is an action shot of Ali mid-sparring session; caption beneath reads: "Tokyo, March 17. Muhammad Ali, the former heavyweight champion, limbers with partner David Adkins during the first sparring session at the Kokakuan Gym here Friday." Muhammad Ali and Mac Foster fought each other in a fifteen-round boxing match in Tokyo on April 1, 1972. Ali won the fight on points through a unanimous decision. In very good condition.
