A collection of 24 couplets by Hecht with illustrations of woodcuts by Thomas Bewick which were lent by Philip Hofer who supplies an afterword as well. A very near fine copy in paper covered boards. No dust jacket as issued. Signed by Hecht on the title page. A very nicely printed book.
