New York: Something Else Press, 1973. Crisp white wrappers, with yellow printed jacket. A bright copy; near fine.. First Edition. Octavo. A collection of concrete poems from Emmett Williams, including his clever "IBM" poem, which progresses via poetic algorithm. The book begins with a Valentine's Day letter that Williams writes to his artist-wife Ann Noël, naming her as inspiration. The covers of the book share the romantic mood, with twenty-six women's names to the front cover organized alphabetically, and all but "Noël" crossed-out. (And on the rear cover: twenty-six men's names, with only Emmett leftover). This copy quite special, being SIGNED by both Ann and Emmett to the title page.
