The current documents, all addressed to him and mostly related to politics or business transactions, included correspondence from US Senator and 43rd Governor of Vermont Carroll Smalley Page (1843 - 1925), Associate Justice of the Vermont Supreme Court and US Representative Horace Henry Powers (1835 - 1913), Editor of The Deerfield Valley Times A. C. Niles, and others.
