Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (b. 1961), known by his initials MBZ, is the third President of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of Abu Dhabi. In 2004, former Secretary of State James Baker visited the United Arab Emirates as a Special Presidential Envoy to discuss Iraq's international debt. At the time, Sheikh Mohamed served as the deputy Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. The inscription in this book is not dated and it is not clear when this book was returned to the United States.
