The development of 1400 acres on the northeast side of Nashville, up the Gallatin Pike, with the “Best Society in the South, fine churches, good water, lot on easy terms which will double in value before the end of the year,” and more inducements. Half-title: A Few Facts Regarding the Thriving City of Nashville and Its Beautiful Suburb Maplewood Park. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Original decorated wrappers (a little chipping to corners and edges), regional map on rear wrapper. Very good.
