Buff wraps, front cover echoes the title page printed in pink and blue, stitched; binding square and tight. SCARCE. EE516-280. Fine.
SECOND EDITION printed by Saul Marks, Cheney designed and set up the title-page and the two-page preface. Marks then printed in offset the new material and original setting of the text. This pamphlet contains a fictitious correspondence between E. de Fumier and M. Cambronne regarding a scatological term, "sh*t." Laid in is a printed slip, "Edwin Carpenter thanks Messrs. de Fumier & Cambronne for allowing him to present copies of this essay to members of the Roxburghe & Zamorano clubs at their joint meeting, September, 1960.
