Solid and VG in its dark-green cloth, with light wear and spotting along the top-edges and the fore-edges. Internally very sharp, with no writing or markings to speak of. Tipped-in strip at the front free endpaper ("Compliments of Townsend Cox, Commissioner"). Octavo, also includes large fold-out color map ("Map of the Adirondack Plateau Showing the Position & Condition of Existing Forests") tucked into a pocket at the front pastedown.
