[manuscript material, 18th century American deed] Transfering land to one Moses Write from Erastus Wolcott in East Windsor CT

East Windsor, Hartford County, Colony of Connecticut, 1768. Good. 13 x 8 inches. Partially printed letterpress legal document on laid paper dated November 14, 1768 transfering land to Moses Write from Erastus Wolcott for the payment of Seventy two Pounds Lawfull Money. Creased, partial seal. Wolcott was "an American politician and a Connecticut state militia commander during the American Revolutionary War. He served in the Connecticut General Assembly for over twenty years and was a justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court from 1789 to 1792" (Wikipedia - see entry for more information). The Wolcotts are an important Connecticut family.
