First edition, n. d. 1927); 8 x 5 3/4; pp. [3], 6-38; stapled red wraps, printed and ruled in black; a small chip to upper left corner and a tiny nick to top edge of front wrap; mild fading to margins; in about very good condition. Penned by one half of the famous Sacco and Vanzetti duo, the booklet was written, while the two Italian immigrant anarchists were waiting to hear from the Massachusetts' Supreme Court on the matter of the appeal they had filed. Though their conviction for the murder of two employees of the Slater and Morrill Shoe Company during a robbery was considered controversial, the appeal would ultimately be denied and the two would be executed in August of 1927.
