Oblong 8vo, in tan paper-covered boards stamped with a particularly happy looking lion or griffin: the boards are bit bowed; unpaginated.~~Facsimiles of letters celebrating the proclamation of the Czech Republic in 1918. The Austro-Hungarian Empire collapse and the new state emerged. It’s independence was proclaimed on October 28, 1918. An uncommon item; not available in the trade as of 12/07/23, with only a handful of copies located in institutions. Very Good binding.
