First Edition of this beautiful monograph on the tree kangaroo, with 16 fine color plates after the well-known natural history artist Frederick W. Frohawk (1861-1946) and 7 black and white photographic plates of Dendrolagus skulls. Rothschild and Dollman's monograph represents the first comprehensive taxonomy of Dendrolagus; it features 14 species from New Guinea and surrounding islands, as well as Lumholtz's tree kangaroo and Bennett's tree kangaroo, both from northern Queensland in Australia.
