The envelope from the publicity department is postmarked in May; it seems likely that this was sent from the publisher to rather late in the game, that is not for publicity or review purposes but for someones collection. Very Good, the envelope worn. This was a posthumous (truncated) publication of essays, found in the author's literary estate held at Yale. Rare and very early state of the publication.
