The Manitou Cliff Dwellings

Reconstructed ruins are promoted in this brochure of the Manitou Cliff-Dwellings "In the beautiful Phantom Cliff Canon, between Manitou and the Garden of the Gods."

Also described as "A trip that is different -- entirely unlike anything else in the Pikes Peak Region." The sightseeing trip includes also the Tewa House, the "picturesque" Pueblo Indians and the Manitou Sky- Drive Line. In 1905, more than one hundred rooms of ruins were removed from private lands and replaced in exact replication of the Mesa Verde originals.
