Awfully nice copy, massive undecorated blue cloth boards spine-titled gilt, dust jacket price-clipped and toned, chipped in places with a bit of dust-soil, an impressive copy. Egerton liked his stay, enormously. Dunno if he was entitled to share the eighty wives. The quietly splendid binding reminds one of Scribner's more ambitious period, before (as with the (truncated)
