This anthology of Chicano literary criticism acts as a contextual guide to Chicano writers and poets during the height of the Chicano literary and Chicano power movement. The categories are divided into chapters such as; poetry, novel, short fiction, theatre, anthology, literary criticism, oral tradition in print, journal, and literatura chicanesca.
