[New York?], 1840. Paperback. Good. 12 unnumbered leaves with illustration printed on one side of each leaf. Softcover in original sewn paper wrapper. Oblong (19 x 15 cm.). Cover soiled and rather worn. Front cover partially detaced (with modest loss of paper. Soiling and scattered internal foxing. Printed "3" is upper left corner suggests that this was the third of a series of such "drawing" books. Inked "1846" on front cover suggesting a date when this was used. Book contains printed illustrations on recto side only of fourteen leaves. Names in pencil or ink at top of first five illustrations suggesting that some possible work on those illutrations (although exactly what seems unclear).
