Wyman worked as a popular contract player for Warner Brothers for over seven decades. She was best known for "Brother Rat" (1938), "The Lost Weekend" (1945), "Johnny Belinda" (1948, for which Wyman won an Academy Award), "The Blue Veil" (1951), and "All That Heaven Allows" (1955).
