Cover features a female impersonator dancing in front of a woman who sits on a couch and stares at her longingly. One of few lesbian pulp novels to also include a transgender character and to discuss the world of female impersonators. Back tagline reads: "When top-star female impersonator Joey Graham plucked her out of a cheap burlesque house, Gayle was sure he was the answer to her prayers for love and success. But as things turned out, Joey was not the man to make any girls dreams come true." Vintage cover art with only minor crease in corner. Textblock is tight and pages are clean. In very good condition.
