Bordas, Paris, 1949. The complete three-volume anthology of poems by Tristan Tzara, comprising of 23 etchings in color. Eight colored etchings by Max Ernst (Volume I), Seven by Yves Tanguy (Volume II), Eight by Joan Miro (Volume III) encased in a black box with large geometric mosaic decorations adorning the covers. It took Tzara 16 years to complete the poems for all three volumes, starting in 1916 and finishing in 1932. Limited edition of 200 copies, of which this is one of 169 in Auvergne. The volumes are signed by the artists and Tzara (Inventory #: N - 2024 - 29)
