Both volumes (Diaries 1910-1913 AND Diaries 1914-1923) are clean and Near Fine in crisp, price-intact, Near Fine dustjackets. One tiny chip along the spine crown of Diaries 1914-23, otherwise very sharp and very well-preserved. The 1st American editions, 1948 and 1949 respectively.
