Bookplate of Lindsley F. Hall (1883-1969) and his wife Elizabeth Creadick Hall on front pastedown. Lindsley was an archaeologist and Egyptologist from Portland, Oregon, who worked for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, New York, and was part of the expedition that discovered the tomb of King Tutankhamen in Egypt in 1922-1923.
