A statement (page ii) indicates the "Project was initiated by Association of Turkish Students, University of California, Berkeley." Recipes are not attributed, but a list of Contributors is included (page ii). Recipe titles are provided in both English and Turkish but the text is otherwise in English. Internally clean and sound, bound in a white, plastic comb binding. Stiff white boards, printed in red; slight soiling to the boards, otherwise fine.
