Recipes are not attributed, but a list of Contributors is included (page ii). Recipe titles are provided in both English and Turkish but the text is otherwise in English. Chapters include Mezeler, Soups, Corbalar, Salads, Salatalar, Fish, Balik yemekleri, Eggs, Yumurtalar, Meat; Et yemekleri, Meat cooked with vegetables, Etli sebze yemekleri, Vegetables, Sebzeler, Chicken, Tavuk yemekleri, Rice & dough dishes, Pilavlar ve hamur isleri, Desserts, Tatlilar, Miscellaneous, and an Appendix. Internally clean and sound, bound in a white, plastic comb binding. Stiff white boards, printed in red; slight soiling to the boards, otherwise fine.
