Courses include Soup, Hors D'Oueuvres, Fish, Releves, Entrees, Roasts, Cold Meats, Vegetables, Mayonnaise, Game, and Dessert. The Narragansett Hotel, "conducted by Chapin & Robinson, is one of the largest, grandest, best furnished, and most satisfactorily kept hotels in the world" (King's Pocket Book of Providence, 1882). Two panels of menu on pearl-colored silk; water stain across both panels. In navy blue silk binder, with applique silk daisy. Besides the water stain, very good. Scarce.
