Argues that the Soviet Union was leading the Communist Parties of the world in defense of Ethiopia and against colonialism throughout Africa. "The Communist Party calls especially upon the Negro people, regardless of differences in political views or affiliations, of creed or religious beliefs, to UNITE IN ONE SOLID FRONT against the murderous WAR PLANS of MUSSOLINI— for the complete INDEPENDENCE OF ETHIOPIA!” Urges people of all nationalities to join a picket of the Italian consulate.
