Oblong 8vo bi-folium, the illustration on the cover; the two internal pages with the announcement that the hotel, “greatly improved,” will open for the season on Nov. 15, 1885, a brief discussion of climate, beauty of the scenery, etc., the hotel’s service and terms, and transportation via the Quebec Steamship Company; the decorated verso of the integral leaf with a list of “points of interest" and distances from the hotel. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Original light card stock (some storage soiling and darkening), a very good example.
