Los Angeles, California, 1980. Original 8 1/2" x 11" flyer promising "an evening of fun, sex, violence, and rock-n-roll." Club 88 was a key part of the early Los Angeles punk scene in the late 1970s and early '80s. Many seminal punk and New Wave groups got their start playing shows there.
