Made into a classic Richard Brooks directed movie with Paul Newman and Elizabeth Taylor. An about very good first issue copy in cloth boards with a former owner signature to the front free endpaper and a couple of spots to the fore edge and in a very good dust jacket that has some edge chips and tears and wear. Still a solid copy.
