Very good. Three leaves near the center of a thumb sized chip at the fore edge. Contents: 'Sketch of Utah and Mormonism' by Orson F. Whitney / 'A Typical Mormon Hymn' by Eliza R. Snow / 'What the Mormons Believe' by Franklin D. Richards / 'Resources and Attractions of Utah' by H.L.A. Culmer.' Advertisements (truncated) for Rio Grande Western Railway, Zion's Bank, Oregon Shortline and George Q. Cannon and Sons on the pastedowns and endsheets. 39 views (most if not all by C.R. Savage) 13 are full-page, and the frontispiece (The Temple Block) is in color. Nice views of all the non-Mormon churches in Salt Lake City as well as views of all four LDS Temples. Uncommon views of Old Folk's Day at Lagoon, Garfield Beach Saltair and Mercur.
