Mild rippling and just a bit of light water-staining along the bottom-edges of the preliminaries. Still though very presentable. And all plates, charts and maps (many of them fold-outs) are complete and i sharp condition. Thick octavo, 363 pgs. all told. The 3 central Parts of the text are: 1) Descriptive; 2) Analysis of Expenditures; and 3) Contracts.
